Can I bring my dog or other pets?
To see only pet-friendly accommodations, please activate the corresponding filter. Select your destination first and then activate the field “pets allowed” in the filter “amenities.” The description of each property provides more detailed information on the respective regulations. Would you like to bring more than one pet? In this case, we recommend asking the landlord directly before booking.

How and when do I find out if my booking request has been confirmed?
When you request a booking via Holidu, you will promptly receive a confirmation via e-mail, indicating that your inquiry has been forwarded to our partner. After that, you will normally receive a booking confirmation email from the provider of the accommodation within 48 hours. In case you have been redirected to a partner company and have placed your booking there, you will receive the confirmation email from this company.

What should I do if I do not get any booking confirmation email?
Please also check your spam folder for the booking confirmation email.
Normally, it takes up to 1-2 workdays until the booking is confirmed.
In case you have not received any confirmation, even after 48 hours, please contact us via online contact form. We will then check if your booking has been submitted and the correct e-mail address has been used.

Which payment methods are there to choose from?
That depends on the provider. Holidu collaborates with several booking sites which offer different payment methods like a credit card, direct debit, Paypal, or cash payment. You can find all possible payment methods by clicking on “Book now” or on the partner site to which you have been redirected. Please consider that for some providers you can only pay with a credit card.
