Our 65m² holiday flat is divided into 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, separate WC, a cosy living room with balcony and a small storage room. Bed linen, towels and a hairdryer are also provided. In the kitchen you will find all the crockery you need. Of course, cable TV and WLAN are also available. We are happy to offer you a daily bread roll service.
If you book the flat for 2 people, please let us know if you need 1 or 2 bedrooms.
Our house is located in an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes in summer and cross-country and alpine skiing in winter. Our holiday flat, completely renovated in 2018, is equipped with cable TV, WLAN and balcony. You can end your day either on our sunbathing lawn or with a glass of wine on the balcony.
Location: only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Abtenau you will find our cosy guest house in a quiet location.
Coming from Salzburg: Motorway exit Golling - after 18 km direction Abtenau
In the centre of Abtenau (at the Raiffeisenbank Abtenau) turn left towards the swimming pool - after approx.200 m take the second road on the right - at the end of the road turn left - and immediately take the next right past the kindergarten - from there it is about 280m to our house on the right side.
