Spacious and bright flat, just a few steps from the sea and the Pane e Pomodoro beach, perfect for a group of friends or families.
The flat, on the fourth floor of a building with lift, boasts a modern and carefully designed décor. The living area features a spacious living room with a sofa, TV and an elegantly styled dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and an additional dining table. The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms: three have a double bed and wardrobe, while one has a double bed and a single bed.
Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, complete the layout.
Free wifi, washing machine, air conditioning and heating with heat pump will be available in the house.
*The building is currently undergoing renovation. For this reason it is possible that there may be noise during the day.

Fascinating, rich in history, authentic: Bari is the capital of Apulia and the most populous city on the Adriatic Sea. Also known as the 'Gateway to the East', the city has a solid merchant-entrepreneurial tradition and has always been a focal point for trade and contacts with the Middle East. The city's offerings are truly rich: ancient churches, romantic views of the sea, historic palaces, relaxing walks along the waterfront and, finally, local gastronomic treasures such as orecchiette, focaccia or panzerotti.
Discovery of the city certainly begins in the 'Bari Vecchia' area, the oldest core where most of the city's sites of interest are located. Visiting its historic centre is a bit like stepping back in time. As you walk through the alleys of Bari Vecchia, you cross Via Arcobasso, also known as Via Orecchiette, where the local ladies prepare fresh local pasta according to ancient recipes. Among the city's main attractions are the Basilica of San Nicola, built at the end of the 11th century, a pilgrimage destination and symbol of Catholic and Orthodox culture, and the Norman-Swabian Castle, a legacy of Frederick II of Swabia, between the sea and the old town.
In addition, many Apulian destinations are within easy reach from this city, such as the city of Trani (50 km), with its breathtaking scenery, rich in history and harmonious architectural lines, Castel del Monte (55 km), one of Italy's 54 UNESCO World Heritage sites, Alberobello with its typical trulli (55 km) and Castellana Grotte (45 km). Moving southwards, Polignano a Mare, known as the 'Pearl of the Adriatic', will leave you speechless, with its crystal-clear waters and rocks embroidered with cavities carved out by the sea.
Bari-Karol Wojtyla International Airport is a 30-minute drive away, while Bari Centrale train station is less than 2 km away.
