On the second line of the beach. Located 50 metres from the Paseo de La Concha, a popular place for locals to take pleasant morning strolls to the neighbouring Ondarreta beach. Just a 3 minute walk away is the Buen Pastor Cathedral as well as the elegant shopping area, artisan bakeries and numerous cafes. El Centro is undoubtedly the oldest and most charming neighbourhood in the city. There is also a supervised public car park a few metres away, very close to the flat (do not hesitate to contact us)



Elegant, modern and cosy. The flat has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room with capacity for 8 people. . Its complete independent kitchen, with dining room, is equipped to make you feel at home from the first moment. The flat is fully equipped with TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kettle, juicer, toaster, Nespresso machine.... .





We also provide bed linen and towels, as well as a small cleaning kit (scourer, dishwasher, dishcloth...).
