Exclusive and quiet flat 30 seconds from La Concha beach. Right in the historic centre of San Sebastian, in a particularly peaceful and quiet area. This is the ideal place to enjoy every minute of your stay in San Sebastian!
On the third floor of a unique building, just 30 seconds walk from La Concha Beach, you will find a flat that will dazzle you in a different way
A few metres away, you will find the Paseo de La Concha, a very popular place for locals to take pleasant morning walks to the neighbouring Ondarreta beach. Just a 3-minute walk away, you will find the Buen Pastor Cathedral as well as the elegant shopping area, artisan bakeries and numerous cafés. El Centro is undoubtedly the oldest and most charming neighbourhood in the city. There is also a supervised public car park a few metres away, very close to the flat (do not hesitate to contact us)
Elegant, modern and cosy. The flat has 4 bedrooms, two complete bathrooms and a spacious living-dining room with capacity for 6 people. From its large window you will be able to contemplate a little piece of our valued La Concha Beach. The kitchen is fully equipped to make you feel at home from the very first moment. The flat is fully equipped with TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, kettle, juicer, toaster, Nespresso machine... and even toys and high chair for the little ones. Not forgetting, of course, maximum speed Wifi.
We provide bed linen and towels, as well as a small cleaning kit (scourer, dishwasher, dishcloth...).
Our flat is the ideal starting point for your holidays, your weekend getaway, or if you visit us for one of the many events taking place in our city: San Sebastian Film Festival, Jazzaldi (San Sebastian Jazz Festival), SS Half Marathon, Behobia Race - San Sebastian....
