Cozy apartment of about 55 sqm located on the first floor, two in total, a building without a lift (NOT suitable for disabled). At the entrance there are several steps.

The accommodation can accommodate up to 4 people.


The accommodation is located in the residential area of Monteverde vecchio, not far from the train station of Rome Trastevere and you can reach the center in about 30 minutes. The apartment consists of a bedroom, kitchenette with living room, bathroom.


The interior space is composed as follows

- BEDROOM 1 with double bed (1.60x1.90mt), wardrobe and chest of drawers, Smart TV. Split AC.

- LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, table with chairs, Smart TV. Split AC.

- KITCHENETTE with induction hob (2 burners), moka and Nespresso machine, fridge with freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, wine glasses, various kitchen utensils;

- BATHROOM with shower, bidet and wc;

- GARDEN shared with the adjacent apartment equipped with two small tables and four chairs.


FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: Unlimited WIFI, iron and ironing board, clothes dryer, hairdryer.


Heat pump heating.

NO washing machine.


ATTENTION: Only the entrance is shared with the adjacent apartment.


The apartment has a self check-in system, so you will be able to access it on by yourself with the personal link that we will provide a few days before your arrival.


In case of problems, the Customer Care service is active only until 11:30 pm.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Considered the green corner of Rome, the district of Monteverde Vecchio is among the most famous in the capital. The Monteverde district is located behind the Gianicolo, on a tuff hill, called Monteverde because there are many areas of vegetation, first among all the parks of Villa Sciarra and Villa Doria Pamphilj, at a distance that can be reached in a few minutes walk. Formerly here were the Gardens of Caesar. Today it is a place of great peace and tranquility, despite being part of the city center, always retains the charm of the hill, isolated from the chaos and traffic. Monteverde has no metro stops but is crossed by numerous bus lines.

There are 3/4 supermarkets in the vicinity of the accommodation, one just opposite.


- From the International Airport of Fiumicino Leonardo da Vinci you can reach the apartment with MySafePlace Shuttle to Piazza Navona. From here, you can walk to the apartment in about 10 minutes.


- From the Rome Ciampino International Airport you can reach the Roma Termini Station with the shuttle bus service. From here take bus no.75 to Carini/ Pilo and then continue on foot in about 4 minutes.


- From the Termini Station you can reach the apartment with bus n.75 to Carini/ Pilo and then continue on foot in about 4 minutes.


The building is located outside the ZTL. You can park for free in the street on white stripes (NOT GUARANTEED).
