Villa Monchique Royal is a stunning single-storey house located in the quiet parish of Monchique, perfect for families and groups of friends looking for comfort and serenity. The property has two elegant suites, one with 2 single beds and the other with a double bed, both with en-suite bathrooms and bathtubs. There is also a bedroom with a double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub, as well as a guest toilet.


The large living-dining room can accommodate up to 8 people and the modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry room with washing machine and dryer offers extra convenience.


Outdoors, there is a private heated swimming pool (optional extra), surrounded by sun loungers, and a jacuzzi (optional extra), ideal for relaxing. The outdoor dining area, with table, chairs and portable barbecue, offers the perfect place for pleasant moments.


The property has ample parking and accepts pets (upon responsibility). Located in the Serra de Monchique, it is the ideal retreat for those seeking tranquillity and proximity to the Algarve's trails, hot springs and beaches.


It is recommended to hire a car, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking on request. We can also help organise transfers if required.


If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.


The pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.


Group deposit: €200 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance and archive fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.


Prices up to 6 people.

From the 7th to the 12th person an additional fee will be charged which includes an additional bed (only €91 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).


In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
