As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay:
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room (with a TV, sofa, dining table + breakfast bar, kitchen (with all essential kitchen utensils, appliances and crockery), internet access.
Linen, towels and essential toiletries are all included to make your stay more enjoyable, plus a washing machine is available for longer stays.
There is street parking nearby depending on availability (free parking on Durham Rise, Bramblebury Road, Manthorp Road, Vicarage Road)

House Rules:

- Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out is 11 am (No check-in after 11 pm)
- STRICTLY NO PARTIES OR LOUD MUSIC (Guests must not do anything to disturb the peace of neighbours)
- Pets are not allowed at the property

- No smoking is allowed on the property.
- Keys to the property can only be handed to the person who made the booking.
- The front door has a ring doorbell with a camera. The ring door camera MUST NOT BE COVERED for any reason and the wifi MUST NOT be TURNED OFF for any reason

- Due to previous issues with guests, we are now required to check IDs before handing over the keys. We will require the original copy of a full driver's licence or international passport for all guests checking in to the accommodation
