Situated halfway between the Rhine plain and the Black Forest High Road, our village is an ideal holiday resort surrounded by vineyards. We offer you 2 cosy, lovingly and completely furnished non-smoking holiday flats. Bed linen, towels and tea towels are included. Kitchenette: Electric cooker with ceramic hob and oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment. Our house (Winzerhof) is located in the centre of the village, where you will find a bus stop, Kurhaus bakery, adventure outdoor pool, mini golf course, shopping facilities and excellent gastronomy. Different cancellation conditions of the host
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price.

Tourist tax information
The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. In the municipality of Sasbachwalden, a visitor's tax is levied, which is between 1.90 euros and 2.20 euros per night and person (aged 16 and over), depending on the season. The fee is charged directly by the host. Upon payment of the visitor's tax, you will receive the KONUS guest card, which offers you numerous benefits, including free use of buses and trains during your stay and a discount on daily admission to the Sasbachwalden outdoor pool.

Description of the unit
70 sqm: 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, large living room, flat-screen satellite TV, WiFi, shower, WC, separate WC, large covered balcony with garden furniture. A bottle of Alde Gott wine awaits you as a welcome gift, no pets. Occupancy 1-4 persons. After the entrance on the right is the kitchen, then a bedroom, then a separate toilet, a bright spacious bathroom with shower and toilet and skylight, then you are in the second bedroom which also offers generous space, opposite the kitchen is the cosy large living room with a large dining area and a couch, from there you can also reach the enchanting balcony with garden furniture.
