Holiday flat Borkum Sonne approx. 35 sqm for 1 to 2 persons The flat was completely renovated and modernised by the owners in winter 2022/23.
Now the flat presents itself with high-quality furnishings in a completely new and well thought-out layout. You reach the flat on the second floor via an external staircase, which was also completely modernised in winter.
From up here you have a beautiful view over the southern dunes, the "Greune Stee" woodland all the way to Eemshaven. The absolute highlight of the flat is the sunshine, which illuminates the flat from the east in the morning and sets on the balcony side in the evening.
Enjoy the view from the west-facing balcony to the electric lighthouse, the North Sea and the beautiful sunset. The location of the flat is excellent.
Situated directly on the south beach, access to the beach is only 100 metres away.
Bicycle hire is available 200 metres away and the local shops are also within easy reach.
