The apartment includes 3 bedrooms with a memory foam mattress topper, a fully-equipped dressing room, a bathroom with a large bathtub, a shower, two sinks, and a hairdryer. Additional amenities include an iron, ironing board, two WCs, and bathrobes.

Arrivals are normally from 4 pm to 8:30 pm, but it is possible to arrive later, on request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.
