Barbecues are permitted on the property. However, the barbecue must be cleaned and our guests must provide the gas themselves. Loud parties ARE FORBIDDEN!!!

The Haus am See is only 350m from the shore of the Walchensee.
The house is idyllically situated in the forest on a 1200 square metre property. Here you are all to yourself with your family and friends.
Let yourself be intoxicated by the lush green of the forest, or in winter by a fairytale landscape in white.
Find peace after an extensive hike, a wonderful day on and in the lake, after an excursion to numerous places and castles of Ludwig II or in the beautiful mountains of Bavaria.
Let the day end on the terrace, the garden, or in winter in front of the open fire with a glass of wine and enjoy the panoramic view of pure nature.

We would like to expressly point out that parties of any kind in the house and on the property are prohibited!!!

Parking spaces are directly at the house.

The visitor's tax is paid in cash on site.
