Place: Heiligenblut. Idyllic location on the edge of the ski area at an altitude of 1700 m with magnificent views of the Hohe Tauern. Middle station only 650 m (footpath). Ski run down to the house for experienced skiers in good snow conditions. Parking at the middle station (free of charge), then access to the house via a 650 m levelled footpath. Free ski depot with boot dryer at the middle station. Luggage transport by landlord (included in the hire price).
House: Rustic alpine hut, completely renovated in 2010. 2 1/2-room house with approx. 45 square metres of living space. Rustic, well-kept, friendly furnishings. Non-smoking house. Heating with wood-burning cooker, electric radiators. Terrace.
A 650.13 Alpine hut 2-4 pers.: Ground floor: Cosy living room with sofa set, flat screen satellite TV. Separate kitchen with dining area, small kitchenette (2 place electric cooker, additional wood cooker). 4-bed room with double bed, bunk bed. Bathroom: shower, bath, WC.

Additional costs final cleaning 60 €. Wood is provided, 40 €/week. Electricity according to consumption. Visitor's tax. Bed linen available. Towels to be brought. Children's cot in addition to the maximum number of persons without charge. Pets 8 €/day (registration).
