Location: Pfunds. Quiet hillside location on the outskirts. Centre 500 m. Three top ski areas in the immediate vicinity: ski area Samnaun-Ischgl 17 km, ski area Nauders-Reschenpass 14 km, ski area Fiss-Ladis-Serfaus 18 km. Ski bus 250 m.
House: Well-kept holiday home in Tyrolean style. 9-room house with approx. 200 m² living space over 3 floors. Tasteful furnishings. Almost exclusively double rooms. Almost all bedrooms with satellite TV, shower, bath, WC. Central heating. Heated ski and boot room. Car parking spaces at the house.
Parterre: Cosy lounge with dining tables, satellite TV. Separate kitchen with dining table, well-equipped kitchenette (oven, dishwasher). Bathroom: shower, bath, WC.
1st floor: 2 double bedrooms with suite, shower, bath, separate WC. 3-bed room with double bed, pull-out couch (1 pers.), bathroom (shower, bath, WC). Large south-facing terrace.
2nd floor: single room with Wb. Double room with bathroom (shower, bath, WC). 2 double rooms with suite, Wb, bath (shower, WC), balcony. Double room with Wb. Bathroom: shower, WC.
