Located on the 5th floor (with lift!) of the Les Libellules residence, discover a fully-equipped flat for a successful family holiday. Whatever the season, you'll enjoy uninterrupted views of the lake and mountains.

The residence overlooks the lake directly, and there are several ways to access the water, either via the pontoons or the steps leading down into the lake through the beautiful Greek-style arch.


The accommodation

This flat is a duplex, on level zero you will find a large living room with balcony overlooking the lake, a large fitted kitchen (oven, Nespresso AND filter coffee machines, toaster, kettle...) and toilet.

On the first floor you will find the two bedrooms with queen-size beds and storage, as well as the bathroom.

It should therefore be noted for people with reduced mobility that access to the bedrooms is therefore via a staircase.

The flat is also equipped with a TV and fibre internet connection to keep your teenagers occupied!


The residence has a private fenced car park, in which a space awaits you.

Bicycle racks are located at the entrance to the building, which like the car park is fenced off.

The cycle path is just opposite the residence, as cycling is the best way to get around during busy tourist periods. Why not cycle around the lake during your stay?

Arrivals start at 4pm; if the accommodation is close by, our concierge may be able to welcome you earlier. After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution is not possible, you will be asked to pay a supplement of 20€.

Departures are by 10am.
