Place: Châtel. Good location on the small lake "Lac de Vonnes". Beautiful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Beautiful hiking trails through the Swiss-French border area of the Portes du Soleil start near the house. Nice playground by the lake (50 m). Village centre 900 m. Morgins in Switzerland 3 km.
House: Beautiful group chalet with modern comfort facilities. Two almost identical chalet halves, which are rented together. The result is a 12-room chalet with 300 square metres of living space, ideal for large groups. The two living areas can be connected by large sliding doors. Cooking and eating together in the 70 square metre living/dining room is possible for the whole group. A total of 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms. Modern comfort equipment, tasteful furnishings. Free internet via W-Lan. Heated shoe room on the lower ground floor. Central/underfloor heating. Small sauna in the basement. Covered balconies, terrace with seating furniture, barbecue. Please note: Due to the size of the dining tables, we recommend a maximum occupancy of 20-24 adults.
Parterre: Bright living/dining room (70 m²) with two cosy sitting areas, satellite TV, DVD, radio/CD, modern fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher), balcony. Two double bedrooms. Two bathrooms: shower, bath. Two separate WC.
1st floor: two double bedrooms. Four double bedrooms with franz. Bed, partly balcony. Two 6-bed rooms with 2 bunk beds, balcony, stairs to cosy gallery under the roof (2 single mattresses). Four bathrooms with shower or bath, toilet. Two separate WCs.

Additional costs 10 €/pers. Final cleaning 500 €. You can contact the owners if you would like to do the final cleaning yourself. Tourist tax is paid on site. Bed linen for hire 10 €/pers (order).
