House: Typical regional farmhouse dating from 1787, converted with great attention to detail into a comfortable holiday home with sauna. 5-room chalet with 200 square metres of living space over 2 floors. 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms! Rustic, cosy chalet atmosphere in all rooms. Individual furnishings, some with beautiful individual pieces. Internet access via W-Lan. Washing machine, tumble dryer in the house (use by arrangement). Oil central heating. Balcony with beautiful mountain view. Large, unspoilt garden with seating, deckchairs, barbecue (shared use). Separate landlord's flat on the lower ground floor, here there is also a music room with some instruments, where musicians can make music together by arrangement. Note: An additional bathroom with infrared sauna is currently being completed. Confirmation of the construction progress and first date of commissioning only from June 2025.

Parterre: Beautiful, very spacious living room (70 sqm) with cosy sofa seating area, projector (for TV, DVD), hi-fi system, dining tables, kitchenette (oven, microwave, dishwasher), balcony.
