This holiday home was renovated in 2006 and has a beautiful panoramic sea view.
The house has 2 floors and is u. a. equipped with a swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna and is only 100 m. from the North Sea.
The house is made of stone and is situated on a 1300 square meter plot with sea views of the North Sea and Lake Ferring.
Large, open terrace with garden furniture.
The walls are plastered white.
On the ground floor there is a magnificent swimming pool section with a swimming pool, heated tiled floor, shower and 4-pers. jacuzzi.
From the whirlpool you also have a beautiful view over the North Sea.
Also a separate sauna and shower.
