If you are looking for a holiday on a modern property with a private pool with hydromassage by the sea, the luxurious Villa Casa G is the perfect choice! The villa consists of 3 apartments in one house. The property is rented as one unit. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living and dining room. From the bedroom to the kitchen, everything is furnished and decorated with a lot of love, care and attention. The panoramic sea view is visible from each of the flats.
The large terraces and pool have been built in a high quality contemporary design with natural typical stone walls and olive trees. The outdoor area includes green areas shaded by Mediterranean vegetation and a barbecue area with a large table for up to 12 people. Villa Casa G is air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi internet access, private parking for 5 cars and offers everything for a pleasant holiday with the pool just a few metres from the beach.
Villa Casa G is located in a residential area. It is not a party house. This is a villa on the coast in Pjeana Uvala, near Pula. There is a large selection of excellent bars and restaurants within a very short walking distance. Public transport goes to the centre of Pula. It takes only 10 minutes by bike to reach the historic centre of Pula (2 bicycles are available for guests of the villa).
The nearest beach is 20 metres from the villa.
The Roman town of Pula and the charming village of Medulin are within easy reach. Medulin is considered one of the best seaside resorts in Istria.
You will find a wide selection of bars and restaurants in Medulin and Prementura, all famous for their fish dishes. Pula is also bursting with great restaurants, some of which can be found in the old town centre, which is full of Roman remains. The most famous Roman monument in Pula, the start and end point of any sightseeing tour, is the amphitheatre, commonly known as the Arena of Pula, where gladiator fights once took place. It was built in the 1st century AD during the reign of Emperor Vespasian, the same period as the magnificent Colosseum in Rome. Today it is a venue for summer events - film festivals, opera seasons, equestrian festivals, concerts and theatre performances. The underground tunnels, once used by gladiators, now serve as an exhibition venue.
