Located in the center of Arcachon, 100m from the beach and the Casino, 200m from all shops and 400m from the train station:
very nice fully renovated double STUDIO of 50 m² in a good standing residence:
- Entrance with cupboard, double living room including sleeping area with storage bed and high quality mattress for 2 people (160 x200) and convertible sofa bed for 2 people (140 x190), TV, WIFI, dining area in a veranda overlooking an outdoor wooden terrace with garden furniture,
- kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer.
- Shower room with [hidden]
It is strictly forbidden to have parties in the rental (inside and outside).

-Boat trips around the island of birds, cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret without forgetting fishing trips, or water sports such as windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kite surfing,
- Horse riding on the beach, Tennis, Golf.
