Discover the town centre with its lively market, cobbled streets and magnificent canals of "La Petite Venise des Alpes".
This flat sleeps up to 5 people, on the 12th floor with lift.
Facing Lake Annecy, the apartment offers uninterrupted views of the 14 July bonfires and the Fête duLac
The first bedroom has a 180x200 queen-size bed and the second 2 single beds. A sofa bed is available in the lounge.
You can enjoy the terrace after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains.
The flat is equipped with a television, wifi, and all the equipment you need for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a raclette machine...
The bathroom has a bath and the WC is separate.
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Numerous restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car throughout your stay.
The lake is at the foot of the building. Bicycles can be hired nearby (a superb cycle path runs all the way round the lake).
🅿️ Parking is available in the shared car park on a self-parking basis, but BEWARE that there are no private spaces.
🥐☕️ Breakfast delivery available from €9.90 / person / day.
Annecy, the capital of Haute-Savoie, nestling on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Benefiting from a remarkable site downstream from the lake, the town has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm until 9pm.
After 9pm, if an independent arrival solution cannot be found, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not picked up that evening.
🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases safely
