The property has a living area of 100m2 decorated in a modern style and divided into two floors.



On the ground floor, there is an air-conditioned living room connected to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, one bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine.



In the living room, there is a fold-out sofa bed, which provides an additional place to sleep for 2 people. 



The living room has a direct exit to the terrace, which on hot days can be covered with a sliding shading blind. The terrace is surrounded by a green hedge and equipped with a table with a set of chairs for 6 people. It offers enough space for the whole family to enjoy meals prepared at the barbecue located at the back of the house.



Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Bedroom 1 (2 people)- equipped with a double bed and TV, this room gets cooling from an air-conditioned unit placed in the living room



First floor



Bedroom 2 (2 people) - equipped with a double bed (can be divided into two single beds on request) and air-conditioning unit. It has its own en-suite bathroom (shower).



Bedroom 3 (2 people) -  with a sea view, equipped with a double bed, (can be divided into two single beds on request) and air-conditioning unit. 



Bedroom 4 (1 adult or 2 small children) -  with a sea view, equipped with a sofa bed and air-conditioning unit. Due to the smaller dimensions of the furniture in this room, we recommend accommodation for 1 adult or for 2 small children!



Bedrooms 3 and 4 share one bathroom with a shower and a bath, with an entrance from a hall.

BEACHES



In front of the house (50-80 meters), there is the most famous and attractive beach in Vodice - Plava Beach.



It is a huge bay with a sandy and small-stone bottom, where the water gradually gets deep and warms up quickly. The shore is flat, with a gentle descent to the sea, covered with small stones, gravel, and, locally, also with sand. One part of the beach is additionally equipped with concrete platforms, used for sunbathing but also protecting the sandy shore from waves. The beach is perfect and safe for small children. There are a few places shaded by tamarisk trees.



The beach has the prestigious blue flag. There are lifeguards during the season. The beach is suitable for people with disabilities.

To reach our property, leave the A1 motorway at the Pirovac exit and head towards Vodice.
