The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Brijuni holiday complex, directly opposite the Brijuni Islands of the same name.

The holiday resort borders directly on the sea and has its own pebble beach, making it ideal for families who want to spend a carefree beach holiday with their loved ones.

In addition to a great entertainment team, the Brioni holiday complex also offers a fantastic playground where your little ones can let off steam and make new friends with children from all over the world.

Guests also have access to an entertainment programme for adults, a wide range of sports, restaurants, a coffee and snack bar and a well-equipped beach.

Enjoy an unforgettable view of the Brijuni Islands and the crystal clear, deep blue sea while you soak up the sun on the beach.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.

WIFI is available in the holiday complex.

The Happy Easy mobile home offers space for a maximum of 6 people (including one child up to max. 12 years/60kg).

The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds and a bunk bed across the top.

There is another bed in the living area.

All bedroom windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

The well-equipped kitchenette is located in the living area and has a gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a typical Italian espresso pot and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and WC.

The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two loungers or deckchairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground and make new friends with children from all over the world.

An electric barbecue or an electric grill plate are available.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The pebble/rocky beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex has a large stretch of free beach.

The gently sloping beach is particularly suitable for families with children.

Guests can enjoy various water sports such as water games in the sea, hire pedal boats or take a diving course.

This makes the beach the ideal place to relax and sunbathe or take part in one of the sports activities.

A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting, refreshing and delicious menu.

Lifeguards ensure the safety of guests throughout the day.

POOL Although the resort doesn't have its own pool, it does have its own beach access, so you're guaranteed a refreshing dip! FAMILY-FRIENDLY In the low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way.

Football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water sports games and basketball tournaments are organised every day.

There is a varied entertainment programme for children in high season.

Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists.

If you want to do some sport, there is plenty of choice: A multi-purpose court (basketball and football), table tennis and a volleyball court are available here.

LEISURE AND SPORTS Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice here: table tennis courts, football pitch, mini football pitch, beach volleyball court and basketball court.

The entertainment team also puts together a varied fitness programme for every day.

On the beach you can hire pedalos or book a diving course.

SHOPPING The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items.

It has a beach and toy shop as well as a stall selling fruit and vegetables.

The holiday complex also has its own bakery, so you can buy fresh bread every day.

CATERING The mobile home has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a typical Italian espresso pot and a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

The holiday village has its own à la carte restaurant, a pizzeria and a buffet restaurant, where you can indulge in culinary delights every day.

PETS Pets are welcome with prior notification at the time of booking.

Only one pet is allowed and it must not weigh more than 35kg.

The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros when bringing a dog.

If everything is in order on departure, the customer will receive 100 euros of the deposit back and 20 euros will go to the holiday park for extra cleaning.

SPECIAL The final cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided.

The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40.

Bed linen, hand towels, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking if required or must be notified at least 1 month before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
