The Roma Capitol holiday park is located in Ostia Antica, just a few kilometres from the heart of Rome, near the nature reserve of the beautiful Pineta di Castel Fusano.

It is in an excellent location for visiting Rome and having fun at the seaside during your holiday.

It is a latest generation accommodation structure, completely designed to enhance the natural characteristics of the area, using materials of the Roman agro-tradition and the most modern technologies and comforts.

The holiday park has a lot to offer: The highlight is probably the great pool area, which has three pools, a great children's pool with water games and a small slide, an Olympic-sized swimming pool and a relaxation pool with hydromassage jets and much more.

A bar, a children's playground, an outdoor chapel and sports fields for tennis, basketball, football and beach volleyball round off the facilities.

Or how about a round of mini golf? In addition to a pool bar where you can enjoy a delicious ice cream, there is also a nice restaurant, a pizzeria and a bar.

If you prefer to eat in your accommodation, you can order food from the pizzeria directly to your accommodation via an app.

An entertainment team provides entertainment for young and old during the summer months and there is also a mini club.

You can find items for daily use in the market/bazaar at the holiday complex.

There are also electric charging stations for your vehicle.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available (for a fee).

In the summer months, there are daily shuttle buses that will take you to Castel Fusano, where you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beach.

The Baia Sardinia mobile home offers space for a maximum of 6 people.

It has a bedroom with a double bed and two further rooms, each with two single beds.

The living room has a cosy dining area with satellite TV.

The kitchen is integrated into the living room and has a cooker, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery and a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin.

The covered and raised wooden veranda with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground.

Barbecues are permitted with a gas or electric barbecue, but you must bring your own.

Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.

DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified when booking remains unchanged. BEACH The beach is around 4 km from the holiday complex and can be reached in 10 minutes by shuttle bus or in your own vehicle.

The sandy beach is shallow and therefore also very suitable for small children.

There are also beach clubs that hire out sunbeds and parasols or offer a cool drink.

There are also free beaches where you can enjoy the sea breeze undisturbed.

POOL The Capitol holiday park water park, built in 2022, offers 11500m2 of fun.

There is an Olympic-size swimming pool where you can swim lengths to keep fit, as well as a fantastic spray park with water slides.

Children can play safely and have fun here.

Supervised by well-trained supervisory staff, while the adults relax at the hydromassage jets.

There are parasols and sun loungers for the whole family around the water park.

It also has a snack bar, which guarantees refreshment by the pool.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY The holiday park is ideal for families.

An entertainment team provides fun and entertainment.

There is a mini club and a huge playground for children.

Baby kits are available to hire and include a travel cot and high chair (reserve when booking).

LEISURE AND SPORTS The holiday park offers many sports activities.

It has beach volleyball courts, football pitches, basketball courts and tennis courts.

The entertainment team organises daily activities on land and in the water.

The nearby nature reserve offers great flora and fauna to discover, whether on foot or by bike is up to you.

You can also swim lengths in the Olympic-size swimming pool.

SHOPPING There is a market/bazaar in the resort where you can find items for everyday use.

Otherwise, the town of Lido di Ostia offers shopping opportunities or you can travel to Rome, where there are no limits to shopping trips.

CATERING The accommodation has a fully equipped kitchen, which has a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pans, pots, glasses and a fridge with freezer compartment.

If you don't feel like cooking, you can enjoy a tasty dinner in the restaurant or pizzeria in the holiday complex or order food directly to your accommodation via the app.

PETS Two pets (medium size) are allowed per accommodation and must be registered at the time of booking.

Note: The final cleaning per holiday property is obligatory if dogs are taken along.

SPECIALS There are daily shuttle buses to the beaches of Ostica and to the bus stations leading to Rome.
