This family-friendly accommodation is located in the Amadria Park Trogir holiday resort in central Dalmatia, more precisely in Seget Vranjica, not far from Trogir in beautiful Croatia.

The holiday village borders directly on the sea and is therefore ideal for families.

The holiday complex has a fantastic view of the sea and a great pool with sea view.

The resort also has a mini club/entertainment programme for children and a great playground.

There is also an entertainment programme for adults, a wide range of sports activities, a restaurant, sports bar, pizzeria and a long beach.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.

The Happy Premium accommodation offers space for 7 people and is modern and beautifully furnished.

The mobile home consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children's rooms, each with two single beds.

There is another bed in the living room.

There are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows.

The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment.

The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.

The semi-covered wooden terrace with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool.

Air conditioning, bed linen, travel cot / high chair are also available (book at least one week before arrival).

An electric barbecue is available.

Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type. DAY OF ARRIVAL + DURATION OF STAY Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure days and the minimum length of stay in the season you require.

Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive).

The same applies if you wish to depart earlier.

Departure the day before is also possible in this case.

However, the rental period/rental price specified at the time of booking remains unchanged. BEACH The beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex has both a private beach with sun loungers and parasols and a free beach.

The directly accessible beach is particularly suitable for families with small children.

There are many water sports options available to guests: Banana boat, jet skis, kayaks; private and group sports courses are organised by trained staff.

There are also beach volleyball courts and a fitness zone for aerobics and water gymnastics on the beach.

This makes the beach the ideal place to relax while sunbathing or taking part in one of the many sports activities.

A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting, refreshingly tasty range of dishes.

The lifeguard ensures safety throughout the day.

There is also a diving school about a kilometre away.

POOL Holidaymakers have a great pool at their disposal, as well as a large sunbathing area with loungers and parasols.

From the pool you can enjoy a wonderful and fantastic view of the sea or marvel at the sunset.

LEISURE AND SPORTS Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: tennis courts, beach volleyball, basketball court and boccia courts.

The entertainment team also puts together a varied fitness programme for every day.

Small boats, jet skis, kayaks and banana boats can be hired on the beach.

SHOPPING The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items.

The holiday complex also has a fruit and vegetable shop and a kiosk.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY In the low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way.

An entertainment programme takes place every day.

The team also organises workshops and beach parties.

For children, there is a mini club and numerous workshops.

Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists.

Cabaret, games evenings and guest evenings are also organised every evening, followed by disco and/or dance evenings.

There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer.

Multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, football), table tennis courts, boccia courts, volleyball court and tennis courts are available to guests.

CATERING The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment.

Shopping facilities are also close by.

The holiday complex also has a pizzeria, an à la carte restaurant on the beach and a bar.

PETS One pet up to max. 35 kg is allowed upon registration at the time of booking, for a fee.

If a pet is brought along, 20 euros must be paid in advance for the special final cleaning due to the pet's presence.

SPECIAL Sports fields can be used for a fee.

The final cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant.

Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are available.

The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness.

Any complaints will be charged at Euro 50.

If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as stated in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).
