You can enjoy a fantastic view of the lake and the opposite shore from both the indoor and outdoor areas, and a dip in the lake followed by breakfast on the terrace or balcony is certainly one of the highlights of a holiday here in Lezzeno. For a little refreshment in between, there is a private beach approx. 30 metres away as well as a pool with sunbathing area and outdoor shower (approx. 8 m x 5 m, open from mid-May to the end of September depending on the weather) for shared use with Villa Lario. Grocery stores, bars and cafés can be reached within 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The restaurants in the neighbourhood will be happy to spoil you with freshly caught sea fish and traditional dishes. Como with its romantic old town is only about 20 km away and Bellaggio, which is only about 8 km away, also invites you to take a stroll. For sports enthusiasts, there is a waterskiing and diving school nearby; the house itself has free canoes (use at your own risk). If you would like to be spoilt with culinary delights at home, you can book a cook for this purpose (price by arrangement on site). The air conditioning in the flats can also be used for heating in the colder months. Additional heating is available on request. You can park your car within the enclosed property.
