The detached villa built in 2011, was renovated in 2019 and is furnished in a modern and typical country style. The property is located on the outskirts. Also due to its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Medulin. The villa is located on a 777 sqm enclosed plot with shrubs and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property.
