From the quietly located flat with a view of the Baltic Sea on the 7th floor of the complex, you can reach the beach directly through the house via a few steps with two lifts.

The large living room with open-plan kitchen has a wonderful panoramic view of the Baltic Sea. The dining area seats 4 people. A comfortable leather living area invites you to relax in front of the 49" LCD SmartTV. A digital radio with Bluetooth streaming function can also be found here.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped with a ceramic hob, a compact oven with microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine with thermos flask, a kettle and a toaster.

In the master bedroom you will find a 180 x 200 cm box spring bed (pocket spring core H2) and a large wardrobe. There is also a cosy small second bedroom with a very nice and comfortable Scandinavian sofa bed with a sleeping width of 140 cm. Both bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.

The bathroom with a large walk-in shower and rain shower creates a real wellness feeling.

The large balcony is sheltered from the wind and equipped with a table, two high-back chairs, a bench, a lounger and an electric awning. The wonderful sea view invites you to linger and relax.

Fast WiFi with a speed of up to 100 Mbit/s is also part of the equipment.
