Experience a wonderful holiday in our new holiday flat "Zur Sonne" in Norddeich on the North Sea. Centrally located and just a few minutes' walk from the dyke and beach,
the best conditions for you to really relax on your holiday by the North Sea. Both in summer and winter, Norddeich and the surrounding area offer a wide range of activities for young and old. Excursions to the North Sea islands of Norderney or Juist, well-known fishing villages such as Greetsiel and much more.
You don't have to miss out on sports and wellness offers or child-friendly leisure activities and holiday programmes.
Your holiday flat (general):
This 74 sqm holiday flat, completed at the beginning of 2017, is in a prime location in the immediate vicinity of the dike, the harbour with the ferry docks to Juist and Norderney as well as the town centre, beach and restaurants. It offers space for four people. The underfloor heating in the bathroom and living/dining room ensures warm feet even in the cold season. The flat is located on the upper floor and is completely barrier-free. Two charging stations for your e-bikes are available in the basement.
Your balcony:
Enjoy the beautiful, spacious balcony with privacy and wind protection on sunny days. A seating area with a large table and chairs with cushions are also available for sunbathing and relaxing.
The holiday flat has its own parking space directly behind the house.
