FERIENHAUS FÜR 8 PERSONEN IN TOLLER PANORAMIC LOCATION
A spacious, furnished terrace runs around two sides of Casa Franca. It is partially covered to the side. This means you will always find pleasant shade during the warm August days, but you never have to miss out on the fantastic sea view. The holiday home was designed with large window arches on the sea side, so that you can always enjoy the soothing expanse of the sea from inside the house.

On the ground floor of Casa Franca, there is a large living room. There is air conditioning in the kitchen/dining area. From the sofa area you have a direct view of the sea at your feet and you also have access to the terrace from there. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds and access to the sea view terrace, a bathroom and a small storage room behind the kitchen are also located on the ground floor.

A spiral staircase takes you to the first floor with two further bedrooms (double bed; 2 single beds) and another bathroom. The bedroom with double bed has its own sea view roof terrace and air conditioning.

The air conditioning can be used for an additional charge. An electric fan heater is available in the cooler months. You can park your car directly at the house below the terrace.

The beach of Marina di Pisciotta can be reached via a narrow footpath in just 800 metres. The town centre of Marina di Pisciotta with a small grocery shop, bars and restaurants is approx. 1.5 km away. Here you will also find other beautiful stretches of beach.

HOLIDAY HOME FOR 8 PERSONS IN FANTASTIC PANORAMIC LOCATION
A spacious, furnished terrace, from where you have got a fantastic view of the sea, runs along two sides of Casa Franca. The sheltered outdoor area with round arches offers pleasant shade on hot days in August. Large arched windows with French doors are set into the façade facing the sea and you can let your gaze roam over the calming vastness of the blue waters from inside the house, too.

The ground floor of Casa Franca includes a large kitchen-dining-living room. An air conditioning unit is installed in the kitchen-dining area. From the living area with a cozy sofa to relax on, you have got a view of the sea lying at your feet as well as access of the terrace. A double bedroom, a twin bedroom with access of the sea view terrace, a bathroom (bathtub with shower device/WC/bidet; washing machine) and a small store-room behind the kitchen are also located on the ground floor.

A spiral staircase runs up to the 1st floor with two more bedrooms (double bed; twin beds) and a bathroom (shower/WC/bidet). The double bedroom (with air conditioning) opens onto 'its private' sea view roof terrace.

Casa Franca features SAT-TV and WiFi (but not suitable for telework); a children's bed can be provided. The air conditioning units at Casa Franca can be used for an extra charge; an electric fan heater is at your disposal (charged according to use) during the cooler months. An outdoor shower is found next to the terrace, to the side of the house. Parking is available at the house, below the terrace.

To get to the beach of Marina di Pisciotta, you only need follow a narrow footpath for about 800 m. The centre of Marina di Pisciotta with small grocery store, bars and restaurants is about 1.5 km off. More beautiful beach sections are found there.
