Holiday flat in a modern, furnished style, non-smoking flat, 22sqm large balcony to the west, parquet flooring, 2 beds 0.80 x 2 m; 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower, washbasin, mirror, an extra WC with washbasin and mirror

Spacious, tastefully furnished 2-room holiday flat on the mezzanine floor with a large balcony, 22sqm, facing west. The balcony can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.
Planquadrat E/5; the flat is centrally located near the centre of Rottach Egern and offers shopping facilities of all kinds, restaurants, banks and a post office. The Tegernsee is about 350 metres away.

Rottach-Egern is an excellent holiday paradise for all seasons.
The village offers excellent shopping opportunities: from bakeries and supermarkets to exclusive traditional costume and fashion stores.
In the immediate vicinity there are traditional restaurants with Bavarian cuisine, but of course also international gastronomy. I have provided restaurant recommendations in the flat.
Rottach-Egern is 743 metres above sea level. In spring, summer and autumn, the various mountain peaks are waiting to be climbed by you. Cosy mountain huts invite you to take a break and enjoy a delicious snack.
In winter, the ski areas around Lake Tegernsee, which can be accessed with a ski pass from Lenggries to Walchsee/Durchholzen, offer skiing fun for all ability levels. The area also offers a network of cross-country ski trails with a total length of 100 km.
The village offers a selection of bathing and health facilities, e.g. an iodine sulphur bath, lake and warm outdoor pool.
There is a varied cultural programme in the surrounding area, such as the Tegernsee Volkspark.
The leisure activities on offer are varied and range from water sports, cycling tours and mountain biking to paragliding and parachuting.
