With us you will experience a relaxing holiday in Wernigerode.
Our holiday flat is located in the centre of Wernigerode. But it is still in a quiet location. It is located on the ground floor.
Our comfortable non-smoking holiday flat has a size of approx. 50 sqm and offers space for 2 people. It has a modern living room with sofa bed, TV and radio.
In the bedroom you will find a very nice box spring bed 180/200. You have a separate modern kitchen with access to the terrace. It is equipped with a cooker (ceramic hob) with oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a nice seating area. The terrace is also equipped with garden furniture and parasol. The flat also has a beautiful bathroom with corner bath, shower, WC and washbasin. Really nice - you will like it.
Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
WLAN is also available.
The flat has a terrace with seating. A covered parking space for your car is available in the immediate vicinity (for a fee of 1.50 euros per day).
Our holiday flat is located directly in the old town of Wernigerode and can be easily reached on foot or by car. From the train station you can reach us on foot in about 5 minutes. It is also about 5 minutes to the centre (market square).

On the day of arrival the flat is available from 14.00 (or on request).
Departure is until 10.00. Payment for the holiday flat is due on the day of arrival.
As a special feature we would consider the 1-A location.
Please note that any applicable spa tax is not included in the total price. This is to be paid on site.
