Our house - off the Zugspitzstraße, in a quiet location in the Schmiede district - offers a holiday flat for 4 people, a holiday flat for 2 - 4 people and a studio for 2 people for a well-deserved holiday or for a few relaxing days. We are enthusiastic hikers, mountaineers and mountain bikers and are happy to give you tips to make your holiday an experience!

We are enthusiastic hikers, mountaineers and mountain bikers, in winter skiers, snowshoe hikers and ski tourers and are happy to help you plan activities in our beautiful Zugspitz region. Would you like a leisurely family hike to the Tuftlalm or to the unique Seebensee mountain lake? Whether you want to conquer the highest peak in Germany or ride around the Wetterstein massif on a mountain e-bike - we'll give you tips on how to explore the breathtaking mountain world of the Zugspitz Arena.
