in a prime location in GREETSIEL, centrally yet quietly situated on the edge of the historic town centre of Greetsiel. From here you can reach the idyllic harbour, the twin mills and the centre with its historic house facades and picturesque alleys from the 17th century in just a few minutes. There you will also find a wide selection of restaurants and shops that invite you to linger. The health oasis, the children's playground or the children's playhouse are also nearby.

The dog-friendly holiday home (non-smoking) with fully fenced property is located in the second row to the Siel and canal.

On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed (2x 90 x 2m) + 2 single beds 90 x 2m. The large bedroom has an internet-enabled flat-screen TV, a folding cot, a desk and a sliding-door wardrobe. The single beds in the small bedroom can be pushed together. Both bedrooms are fitted with fly screens. The flooring on the entire upper floor is laminate. There is a cosy reading chair in the light-flooded bay window. The shower room has a real glass shower with low entry and a radio.

The ground floor is fully tiled and has underfloor heating plus additional heating and fireplace (wood / pellets not included). The large, bright living-dining room is tastefully furnished. In addition to the 4-seater dining table, there is also a children's high chair and 2 height-adjustable bar stools. The high-quality kitchen has a dishwasher, a good coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer compartment, kitchen radio and much more.

For entertainment there is a hi-fi home cinema system with BluRay/DVD/CD/MP3/USB/BT. The smart TV (SAT) is internet-enabled.

On the ground floor there is a bathroom with toilet, (shower stool and 1 grab rail - to be attached individually), as well as another storage room with washing machine. There is an ironing board and a clothes horse, as well as a barbecue.

A storage shed is outside right next to the garden (e.g. for your brought bicycles).

The terrace is equipped with furniture and has a table, 4 + 2 garden chairs and a parasol.

The property is completely fenced. A pet (dog) is allowed on request and for a fee.

Furthermore, there is a communal jetty on the canal, wonderful for enjoying the holiday season!

A car parking space also belongs to the house.

The house Sieloase has a WLAN connection, which can be used free of charge after registration.
