The villa Mumare is a charming Ibiza style villa with a nice combination of antique and modern. It counts with a well kept mature garden and a lot of outside space. The ground floor offers an open living/dining room full of character, with access to the front covered terrace and to the side terrace. The kitchen that is spacious and well equipped also has access to the side terrace and pool area. This floor counts with 3 bedrooms -2 twins and a double that share a bathroom-. There is also a lot of patio space; great for the kids to play and run around. The front covered terrace offers a lovely sitting to relax or read your favourity book and a dining area overlooking the garden. There is a small side covered terrace close to the pool with a table, chairs and the barbecue. The pool (7.30 m x 3.50m. - Depth min. 1m. max. 1.40) has a small sun terrace with sun beds and an open poolside shower; the ideal spot to relax during the long summery days.
