A minimal retire apartment on the 5th floor, in the center of Kypseli, one of the city’s most multicultural neighborhoods. This apartment has all the necessary amenities to accommodate a single or a couple. It has a very large balcony that offers a very nice view of the city. Kypseli is only two kilometers away from the Greek capital and one of the city’s most multicultural neighbourhoods. The nearby Pedion tou Areos park is a much-needed green oasis for the district, but Kypseli’s affluent past is nowhere more visible than in the stately apartment buildings and old cafés on Fokionos Negri Street. The younger crowds have discovered St. George’s square as their new favourite hangout, and even residents from other areas are regulars here.
In GPM, our first priority is the traveler's health and safety. So we have professionals for doing an enhanced cleaning and we take all the measures and precautions, always by the rules for COVID 19.
In Kypseli you will find something interesting on every block, whether it is an old coffee shop that has been roasting and grinding beans since 1914, or a shop for magicians, Polish delis, art gallery frame shops, African, Hungarian, Russian and Middle East grocery stores, and tiny individual shops, the kind that high rents have driven out of central Athens. With lots of restaurants, many traditional and Greek, three massive laiki agoras(farmer's markets), rembetika clubs, cafes on Fokionos Negri, lots of artists, actors, actresses, poets, musicians, and an activist community that cares about the neighborhood, Kypseli is certainly one of the more interesting places to visit, or live, in Athens. There are also many international calling centers, small internet shops and Western Union shops for sending money home, African hair salons, Chinese clothing shops and frame shops that also serve as art galleries and just about everything but tourist shops in Kypseli.
