Become a guest in the holiday flat Baumann, in Pleinfeld. The 2 1/2 -room flat is furnished in country house style and is located on the edge of the forest near the Großer Brombachsee. The large Brombachsee in the Franconian Lake District offers unforgettable holiday experiences, from bathing fun to water sports, nature enjoyment and festival culture in a diverse cultural landscape around the seven accessible lakes.
Conditions/Extras
A prepayment of 40% can be charged after booking. The remaining amount must be paid by bank transfer 14 days before arrival. You will then receive the arrival information and holiday documents (including SEENLAND.CARD, registration at the tourist office) by post. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 80% of the total price.
Description of the unit
The holiday flat is comfortably furnished in country house style and is located on the edge of the forest near the lake (1.5km walk). The holiday complex is located in the immediate vicinity of the Waldcamping Brombach with a variety of leisure facilities (bike hire, sauna, tennis, swimming, shopping, gastronomy, etc.). A car park is available directly at the house. There are also three bicycle parking spaces in a lockable bicycle garage at the entrance to the holiday complex. The holiday flat is on the ground floor with a terrace and garden. The flat consists of a double bedroom and a living room with dining area and double sofa bed. The living room also has a kitchenette with a 4-burner induction hob, dishwasher, fridge and a microwave with grill and convection function. Crockery is available. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a washbasin and a toilet. A TV in the living room and WiFi in the flat are also available.
Conditions/Extras
Arrival from 3 pm Departure until 10 am Pets (max. 1 dog) are allowed. Surcharge per night 15EUR. The keys are handed over via a key safe. Additional costs electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, linen sets (towels, bath towels, tea towels and bed linen on loan) and WLAN included in the price. plus spa fee with many services (SEENLAND.CARD) with 1,50EUR per day of stay for persons over the age of 18. Smoking in the flat is prohibited.
