APARTMENT
Charming Latina Village is located in the largest antiques market in Madrid and Spain, known as the Rastro.
This fantastic apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, the living room-kitchen is exterior and has a balcony and the rooms are interior. It has 2 bedrooms with double bed.
In the kitchen-living room we find a comfortable chaise-longue sofa, dining table, and flat screen TV.
The apartment also has 2 full bathrooms with showers and a completely new kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with: Ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, pots and pans, plates, glasses, cutlery...
Among the amenities of the apartment we also find: Free toiletries, free Wi-Fi, sheets and towels.
The apartment has underfloor heating and air conditioning by ducted air conditioning.
AREA
Despite being in the center of the city, it is a very quiet area. Streets full of antique shops where you can get lost.
On Sunday mornings and holidays, all Madrid residents and tourists go to the well-known Rastro: A market with all kinds of antiques, clothes, strange objects... where all the shops in the neighborhood take out their most picturesque works of art and objects. .
There are also many shops in the area, where you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, bars...
Puerta del Sol is only a 15-minute walk away.
HOW TO MOVE
The nearest metro station is Puerta de Toledo and La Latina (both line 5).
TO CONSIDER
-Only temporary reservations are allowed, not short stays.
-The house is not rented for tourist purposes, as they are temporary rentals. Please, keep in mind that this house IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT.
- Tenants must sign a temporary rental contract at the time of arrival. This contract respects in all its clauses the conditions of the reservation that you will make and does not imply any additional responsibility to the terms and conditions of your reservation.
-The check-in after 8:00 p.m. carries a supplement of €25.
-There are cots for rent under availability for an extra amount to consult. Please remember to request it by contacting the host prior to your arrival.
-Guests must show a valid ID and credit card upon check-in.
-In this accommodation you can not celebrate bachelor or single parties or similar parties.
-For reservations of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas consumption will not be included in the price.
