The large living room with fireplace gives access to a shaded terrace and garden. For maximum comfort, all the garden furniture and a summer kitchen with gas hob are at your disposal. A separate outdoor shower and toilet is available for when you return from fishing or the beach, and a laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and childcare equipment completes the house.

On the night side, on the ground floor you will find 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower room, 1 double bedroom with access to a games room. Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms, two of which have en-suite shower rooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom.
