This impressive villa is located in the high standing residential urbanization of Cala Sant Francesc, in Blanes.
Its large outdoor area and impressive sea views make this the ideal villa for an unforgettable holiday!
On the ground floor there is a beautiful pool area and garden with natural grass. Large swimming pool of 12x4m, with saline system. Surrounded by wooden decking with sun loungers and outdoor dining area with parasol.
On this floor you will find the living room with fireplace and Smart TV, indoor dining table and a second small terrace in front of the living room with sea views.
Fully equipped kitchen with balcony with barbecue and another small dining area.
On this floor there is a double bedroom with en suite bathroom (with bathtub). This bedroom has a ceiling fan.
On the first floor are
- Bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined together) and access to a side terrace with chill-out sofa. This bedroom has a ceiling fan.
- Another bedroom with two single beds (ideal for children) and access to the same side terrace. This bedroom has a ceiling fan.
- Full bathroom (with shower).
On the first floor (top floor) you will find
- Double bedroom with access to the roof terrace and stunning sea views, with en-suite bathroom (with shower). This bedroom has air conditioning.
- Separate open space (no curtains) with a double sofa bed, ideal for children.
