The well-kept, quiet garden invites you to sunbathe and, if required, the cosy, open-plan living area provides peace and quiet. The house is located on a private property, the ground floor flat is suitable for 5 people, the basement flat in the basement for 2 people. These can be booked separately or together. Independent check-in is possible 24/7 for both flats. WLAN is free of charge. There is parking space for 4 cars on the property. The upper flat has wheelchair access via the terrace. Hiking, swimming, cycling, water sports on Lake Constance, all this offers you the region around Immenstaad.

Description of the unit
The Bodensee Bungalow holiday home divided into ground floor and basement offers space for up to 7 people. The basement flat on offer here has 1 bedroom, living & dining room, kitchen and bathroom with toilet. From the living area you have access to the garden with a small seating area. The large adjoining lawn can be used by both parties (ground floor and basement). The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for cooking together. The cosy living/dining room is furnished with a seating area, couch and flat-screen TV. Important: the basement is not accessible for wheelchair users and is structurally hard of hearing - loud noises from the upper flat may be audible! Please also note that the final cleaning of the flat is included, but the washing of your dishes is not included.
