The studio built in 2000 and is furnished in a rustic style. The property is located in a hotel complex. Also due to the view over the lake from the property and its quiet, sunny and secluded location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities and terrace.

The studio is located in a hotel complex, on a 150 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow and flowers, bordered by a fence and a hedce. old lemon garden, completely surrounded by high walls and divided into terraces, all connected to the lake by numerous steps in a terraced lemon garden. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport. The parking is privately closed and reserved exclusively for customers. With a few meters of pedestrian zone you reach the entrance of the property
