The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house built in 1990, was renovated in 2013 and is furnished in a typical country style. Available for shared use: garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Rental of deckchairs and parasols possible, bicycle parking, guest garden

Pula. The holiday apartement is located on a 1900 sqm enclosed plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The wonderful holiday home offers four holiday apartments, two of which are in the main house and two in the bungalow, all on the same property with a spacious garden and beautiful shared swimming pool, which is located in the middle, surrounded by stone slabs and a well-kept lawn with Mediterranean plants. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property. Garage on request
