The detached holiday home built in 1908, was renovated in 2011 and is furnished in a typical country style. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Football on a small field, private garden, bicycle parking

Pula. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

air conditioning, central heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to end of September, 3,5 m x 7 m, depth 1,4 m).

Shopping 1500 m, restaurant 150 m, town center 2 km. Pula: railway station 4 km and airport 7 km. In summer: Bathing possibility 4 km in Pula (beach 5 km in Pula).
