From the furnished balcony you look directly onto the North Sea or the beach promenade. Watching the lively hustle and bustle of the beach goers during the day or enjoying a romantic sunset in the evening gives you pure holiday feeling!

Are you planning a romantic holiday for two? Or as a small family? With two to four people, you will feel completely at home in our holiday flat "Irmi"!

A dining area as well as a couch corner with TV and radio provide cosiness and offer space to sit together. The separate bedroom of the holiday flat on Borkum is equipped with a bunk bed; in the living/bedroom there is a double wardrobe bed.

The comfortable fitted kitchen has, among other things, a dishwasher and a microwave with baking function and allows you to prepare your own meals.

The shower room has been completely renovated and has a very modern and well-maintained interior.

In the flat you will receive free wifi, which you can of course use free of charge.

Hints: Washing machines and dryers are available in the house (shared). The flat has a storage room and a hallway with wardrobe. A lift provides additional living comfort. There is also a parking space for bicycles. Please understand that smoking is not allowed in the flat.

In summer you can pack your bathing suit and after a few steps you are directly at the beach; in the cooler season you can take an extensive walk on the beach and warm up afterwards with a hot tea and a fantastic view outside!
