Anisers Hüs was built around 1900 as a farmhouse, completely renovated in the 80s of the last century and last completely renovated at the beginning of 2020/end of 2021, further modernisation in 2023.

It is located in the historic centre of Altstädten (town of Sonthofen).

Pubs, ATM, village bakery, village shop, bus stop, leisure facilities (free outdoor pool with solar-heated water), children's playground are only about 150 m away - the train station about 250 m.

The holiday home is divided into three levels: Basement, ground floor, 1st floor and the two garden areas "Between ash and chestnut" or "Garden area guests".
