The best of the simple (book title by Franz Keller) - naturalness and sustainability were at the forefront of the construction of our eco-houses. Our philosophy is to use our own moon phase wood, to make furniture from it, to furnish regionally, ecologically and with fair products. We invite you to experience the special atmosphere in our eco-wood chalets for yourself. Enjoy the magnificent view from the Himmelreich on the sunny side of the Lamer Winkel, surrounded by nature. You can round off your day's holiday in the sauna or the fire water cup. New - or still in love, nature lovers, athletes or lazybones - in our eco-houses you will experience an unforgettable stay for two.



Conditions/Extras
Since sustainable holiday behaviour is very important to us, we are happy to welcome you for a minimum stay of 6 nights. Shorter stays will be subject to a surcharge.



Prices: EUR 277 per night (1 or 2 people) for a 6-night stay, during the Christmas period (24 December to 6 January) EUR 327 per night. January) 327,- EUR per night



Surcharges per night for short stays
- for 4 or 5 nights plus 11,- EUR

- for 3 nights plus 22,- EUR

Payment is made in cash on site. An advance payment of 50% of the total price may be charged after booking.

Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations and no-shows will be charged at 50% of the total price.

Arrival by car is possible via the A3 motorway.

Description of the unit
Our two eco-wood chalets "Tannenhaus" and "Fichtenhaus" are ideally suited for 2 people each. All surfaces are treated exclusively with natural oils and paints. In addition, the electrical installation in both houses is shielded and mains isolators are installed in the bedrooms. The electricity and heat come from the farm's own PV and wood chip system.



Our cosy courtyard with herb bed and water border welcomes you on arrival. On 70 square metres of living space you will find an entrance area with cloakroom, a cosy, large living and dining room with kitchen, panoramic window and fireplace, a bathroom and a bedroom.



The solid wood kitchen made from our own oak wood has a hob with BORA extractor hood, oven, fridge incl. freezer compartment and dishwasher. In the living room you will find a cosy couch with sleeping function, a small desk, flat screen TV and radio. The bathroom is equipped with a Finnish and bio sauna, rain shower and underfloor heating. In the bedroom, untreated furniture, double beds without metal (1.80 m x 2.00/2.10 m) as well as shielded bedside lamps, natural latex mattresses and ecological bedding ensure a healthy atmosphere. Our spacious, covered panoramic terrace with seating and two wooden loungers invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. The highlight in the outdoor area is the fire water cup.



With the Lamer Winkel guest card, you can use public transport and other discounts free of charge and in an environmentally friendly way.

The keys will be handed over personally on site at the briefing.

Pets are not allowed.

A tourist tax of 1.50 per person per day,

from 1 December 2021: 2,- EUR, will be charged separately on site.
