Villa Koster is a spacious 4-bedroom holiday home with a heated pool, garden and rooftop lounge.


Located in a cul-de-sac, 850m from Vale de Centeanes Beach and close to Carvoeiro, this villa is perfect for exploring the Algarve. Golf lovers will find several courses in the area, such as Vale do Milho.


The villa has free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and 4 double bedrooms (3 en-suite) on the ground floor, plus 1 additional bathroom. The large kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a washing machine.


The bright living/dining room has a large table, comfortable seating and satellite TV. The terrace accessible through the patio doors includes an outdoor dining area and a portable barbecue.


The gardens are walled and fenced, ensuring privacy. The swimming pool (heatable as an optional extra) has sun loungers and a ping-pong table for entertainment.


Near the village of Carvoeiro, full of shops, bars and restaurants, and beaches such as Vale Covo and Carvalho. Also nearby are golf courses and the Slide & Splash water park.


You don't need to hire a car, but if you prefer, we'll be happy to help you with the booking on request. We can also help organise transfers if necessary.


If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and both do not respect the property's changeover day, before proceeding with the booking, please send us an enquiry so that we can confirm whether your dates can be accepted.


The pool heating is always a plus for your holiday, especially when travelling with children. With the pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.


The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).


Group deposit: €300 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation handling, insurance and archive fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation amounts (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.


Prices up to 8 people.

The 9th and 10th people will be charged an additional amount which includes an additional bed (only €105 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a cot (only €21 each, per week).


In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
