Our 215sqm holiday home and our two holiday flats with 85 and 130sqm respectively offer you breathtaking views and an idyllic location right on the edge of the forest. Here you will feel completely at ease and secure. Enjoy the morning sun at breakfast on one of the spacious terraces and bring the day to a cosy close. Accommodation details: Holiday home (215sqm): Ideal for larger groups or families who still want to enjoy privacy. Two separate flats, each with its own hot tub and sauna. Shared garden connecting both flats. Holiday flat 1 (130sqm): Top floor: Open, light-flooded bathroom with adjoining bedroom and double bed. Upper floor: Another bedroom with double bed and a room with bunk beds. Living area: Modern, well-equipped eat-in kitchen, cosy couch and dining table. 40sqm terrace with whirlpool and barrel sauna. Holiday flat 2 (85sqm): Two bedrooms with double beds. Open, well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area with infrared sauna. Terrace with whirlpool for 3 people and seating for outdoor dining. Child-friendly and pet-friendly: Children: There are four swings for children in front of the house. A travel cot (120x60cm) and two highchairs are available (please enquire about availability in advance). Pets: Pets are welcome on request (extra charge). Culinary delights and amenities: Right next door, the Höhengasthaus Käppelehof invites you to savour seasonal delicacies and original Black Forest snacks. Take advantage of the free car park and electric vehicle charging facilities. Arrival and departure regulations
Please always contact the landlord (preferably by email) in good time before your arrival to discuss the arrival time. The earliest arrival time is 15:00, we ask for departure by 10:00 at the latest. The keys are handed over by key safe directly at the property.

Different cancellation conditions of the host
Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged with 90% of the travel price.

Tourist tax information
The prices quoted do not include tourist tax. The tourist tax must be paid on site.

This holiday flat with 85sqm is (still) an absolute insider tip with breathtaking views over the central Black Forest and idyllic location right on the edge of the forest. You will feel very comfortable and cosy here. You can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun on the spacious terraces of the holiday flats, which are there until late in the evening. Your hike, bike tour or sightseeing tour starts right outside the front door. The accommodation is right next to the Höhengasthaus Käppelehof, where you can enjoy seasonal delicacies or an original Black Forest snack (please check opening times in advance). Since April 2023 with whirlpool and an infrared sauna indoors. There are four swings for children in front of the house. Many sights, culture and activities can be reached from the flat in a short time: Barefoot park, adventure golf, summer toboggan run, Vogtsbauernhof open-air museum with living tradition and playground, various inns. There are short and long hikes with viewpoints or mountain inns, and the landscape can be explored by e-mountain bike. The Way of St James / Westweg leads directly past the house. Other attractive destinations can be reached by car in 0.5 -1.5 hours, such as Europa Park, Zipline Area, Triberg Waterfalls, the cities of Freiburg and Strasbourg, Lake Constance and much more.
