We have a spacious apartment, which scores by its central and at the same time natural location as a top offer for everyday life and leisure in all areas.Plan a skiing vacation with friends or hiking vacation with the family friends or with the grandparents - here in the mountains and on the water, in our loving alpine domicile, everyone finds distance from the hectic everyday life.In winter, start on the ski slopes or the cross-country ski trail or enjoy the crackling of the wood fire in the stove at home with mountain views. In summer, the spacious, covered balcony with a magnificent panoramic view invites you to relax. Take your afternoon coffee there comfortably in the shade and be happy when you see ducks or fish swimming past on the pine stream. Also in the evening, after a strenuous mountain tour or a relaxing day of swimming, you can end the day together with a glass of wine and enjoy the glitter of the water and the stars. Environment description
Your domicile is a bright non-smoking apartment with a large balcony, separate entrance, 150 m², located directly on the energy hiking trail and yet the bakery and supermarket, restaurant and café, banks and pharmacies are just a few minutes' walk away, as is the hall and the Innsola outdoor pool with a large sauna area can be visited within a few minutes' walk. The train station is about a 10-minute walk away. Bathing areas at the stream and the nearby Hechtsee tempt you to cool off. A small nature park with a children's playground begins on the opposite bank of the stream. In the immediate vicinity, a rustic chestnut beer garden and the Bergwirt's Jägerstube invite you to celebrate, feast or just linger.

The prices quoted do not include the visitor's tax of EUR 2.00 per person/night for adults. Children from 0 to 17 years, as well as persons staying in the municipality of Kiefersfelden for professional purposes are free of charge. Children from 0 to 16 years: EUR 20.00. Heating surcharge onli from 1 October to 31 March per day 15 EUR. Short stay up to 6 nights EUR 5,-- per person and night.

Arrival Description
Inntalautobahn direction Kufstein, exit Kiefersfelden. Turn left into the village, after the bridge over the Kieferbach turn right immediately (before the Bergwirt and the chapel!). After 25 m, at the grotto with the bridge saint Nepomuk you have reached us.

Description of the accommodation
Also the generous natural stone table (2.50 m x 0.95 m) in the center of the living area of the apartment is ideal for a sociable get-together. There adjacent is practically the modern, well-equipped kitchenette. It is equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. An old altar was rescued from a former vicarage, redesigned as a kitchen block and now complements the modern kitchenette as a counterpoint. Also in the living area are a wood-burning stove and two large sofas that invite you to linger. If necessary, these can also be used as sleeping places. The entire living area including the bedrooms is equipped with naturally oiled wooden floors and has, individually, per room adjustable underfloor heating. The apartment impresses with its warm and very pleasant room climate. The fireplace stove provides a cozy atmosphere in winter. The open hallway gives the apartment spaciousness and visual generosity. The apartment offers 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with double bed and extra balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bedroom with single bed and workplace. All beds are 200 cm long and equipped with quality mattresses for a restful sleep. The bedding is sewn in comfort size 155 cm x 220 cm. If necessary, a crib and 2 extra mattresses can be provided. One bathroom is equipped with a ground-level shower and WC, the second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and WC. Both bathrooms have windows and an automatic room ventilation system.In addition, a free LAN as well as WLAN connection with Fritzbox is available (50MBit/s). E-charging stations for e-cars and e-bikes are available for guests directly at the house. Bed linen / final cleaning and towels are included in the price.On request, beamer, crib, high chairs, balcony lounger, casseroles, etc. are available for you.
